Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

📩 How to Request an Exchange:

• Email us at returns@princenprincess.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
  Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for exchange.
• Your email must include:
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Exchange
• Call or WhatsApp us at +91-9952778217 to receive confirmation before shipping the product back.

📦 Return Shipping Instructions:

Once your exchange is confirmed, please ship the product within 7 days to the following address:

• Please ensure the product is unused, with tags intact and securely packed.

🚚 Shipping & Payment:

• Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the requested product.
• Additional shipping cost will be applicable and must be paid before dispatch.
• The new product should be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
• If the exchanged product is of higher value, we will send a payment link or UPI ID to pay the difference.
